poor girl

I met up with an old friend in town today for a quick lunch with her. I heven seen her for almost a year but luckily before i go in, she wanted to meet up with me. Ok her background- she came here to study from Hong Kong and stayed with her aunt when she's in sec sch. Due to some conflicts, she decided to move out from her aunt and lives on her own. To finance her tertiary studies in Singapore, she has to work + study. Her results are failing and she has to pay for other things including her expenses.

When i saw her today, i was damn shock la. Her face damn pale and she look restless. She told me she would be going for another interview later on, for a third job. Omg damn poor thing la. Im starting to change my mindset about money. When i was surfing around a forum the other day, i saw this video about Taiwanese asking whether Singaporeans, although financially stable, but are they happy? It seems that my friend here(although not a Singaporean, but will soon be), is working her ass off just to live by. Whereas in other country, slower pace, could enjoy their life and spend quality time with their family. Is this life is all about in Singapore? Getting alot of money and neglecting your family and health? She is not the only example, my other friend told me he cannot afford to fall sick because he can't pay for the medical fees. I must say that im considered fortunate compared to them but really... HAIZ

I duno how to bring the point to you people. i just have the sudden urge to enter this post. Anyway stay happy all my friends!! ARMYMYY

HI

Long time since i blogged. I actually forgot the blogger url and my password =/ Anyway things are going very well for me atm. Oh ya i duno if someone recently got pissed because i wanted to join them for their "last" kopi session but i didn't. I would have to say sorry la. Since i stayed so far and u all didn't confirm with me the time. I can't possibly attend without anyone there.

Kw, By, RS and Admond already went in and i wish them good luck for their BMT. My enlistment date would be July 27th and i can't wait to finish this 2 years quickly. Hope to get out soon and start to earn money liao.

I know some of u won't believe this but i actually picked up a new hobby recently lol. I bought a guitar and are still trying to learn right now. My dad actually knows how to play a guitar!! There was once im damn pissed with him because he was using my laptop for so long and when he saw my guitar, he took and played a song. Damn nice. Luckily he taught me the basic or else i would still have no idea how to reach the chords.

some videos i saw from youtube.

Fantasy Couple

If you have seen the advertisement of Fantasy Couple on tv, u would have to spend some money buying the dvd of the show. Jason recommended me the show where u can watch online without spending a single cent. It is a nice and romantic comedy. I would highly recommend it. It can be found on http://aznv.tv/en/drama/p.iD-MjQz/ but u would have to dl winamp to view the show. 8/10 for overall!

Golden KEY!

I feel that it is morally right that i should celebrate my actual birthday with my parents since they brought me up for 21 years. They agreed to celebrate by bringing me out for dinner but kept me in suspense until the day before. I was hoping it was not another Swensen or Jack's Place kinda place until they told me they made a reservation at Hard Rock Cafe. Oh no u all must be thinking i would be whining but HRC is really a good idea. I have not been there before. Even if they treat me to a coffee shop i would still be please because they never actually try to celebrate a birthday with me except for twice.

Ok we reached at around 630pm both of them gave me a present EACH! OMG. They seldom or never do this. Sometimes only 1 of them put money in a red packet and give it to me.

My dad ordered this starter call er.. i think it is call the chilli crab dip with chinese buns or something.

and den this is my Salmon Pasta,

i seriously think this one sucks because i only ate halfway. So cheesy(DAO~~~) i eat until want to vomit. The only food i finish is the salmon.

ok enuff of those food, this is me and my brother,

Ok den the ice cream comes for the birthday boy, i took it with both my parents:

My brother should not even have the thoughts to try the ice cream because i ate all =]~~
And then comes the cake. Those pictures of the cake are hiding in my brother's hp and they can't be uploaded -_- The most impt thing like suay suay cannot upload.

Ok im lazy to upload all. Last picture me and my mom,

Look alike bo?

Anyway i felt damn happy tonight la. The feeling is so different celebrating with your family members. I love my parents.. (cb emo liao)
Oh ya i got my graduation letter already. It is on the 12th of June. It contains an excuse letter from Mindef which i dun need it because im enlisting on July 27th. Cherish everyone u have in front of you.

Make urself happy? song?

There are many kinds of people in this world. But i dun quite understand why some ppl like to make themselves happy by boasting their wealth. If you are not that rich, just admit? if you are really rich, just keep it to yourself. Why bother telling someone that you flew to Japan or Australia when u didn't. Its so obvious when we saw you two days ago and you said u just came back from Japan for a 3 days trip. Even if you want to speak with exaggeration, dun do it so often la.. Failing a module in school is nothing to be proud of, but we understand that there are people trying to pass a particular modules for 2 years. Among us, we had dropouts too. So its ok if u repeat. Do not claimed that u graduated because we are not 3 years old..

6 Funny Life Lessons

I came across this website and found the contents quite informative and funny lol

http://www.carlpei.com/funny-life-lessons/

Lesson 1: Naked Wife

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.

After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks,…

“Who was that?” “It was Bob the next door neighbor,” she replies. “Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”
Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the admin. clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”
Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 3

A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”
Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 4

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.

A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.

Lesson 5: Power of Charisma

A turkey was chatting with a bull “I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, but I haven’t got the energy.” “Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.” The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullsh|t might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Moral of the story:
1. Not everyone who sh|ts on you is your enemy
2. Not everyone who gets you out of sh|t is your friend
3. And when you’re in deep sh|t, it’s best to keep your mouth shut!

Tycoon splashes out $3m on sports car

By Senior Correspondent, Christopher Tan

A SINGAPORE businessman may have set a record by paying $3 million for a new sports car.

The tycoon, who made his millions in electronics and is now an investor in various local and foreign ventures, bought himself a Pagani Zonda F, a 602-horsepower Italian supercar capable of hitting 100kmh in 3.6 seconds.

Said to be the same person who recently paid more than $4,000 per sq ft (psf) for an Orchard Road apartment, he took delivery of the 345kmh top speed two-seater just two weeks ago and is still going gaga over it.

Insisting on anonymity, he gushed: 'It's a work of art. Just look at how fine the finishing is. I'm told women do the intricate bodywork because men's hands are too rough.'

Powered by a 7.3-litre V12 Mercedes-Benz AMG engine and adorned in Gucci upholstery, the car is the second Zonda to be put on the road here. It attracts an annual road tax of about $11,600 and an insurance premium of around $60,000.

The F-series is rare even by Zonda standards. Only one other is said to exist in Asia - bought by Hong Kong actor-singer Aaron Kwok last year.

The car is the latest 'toy' for the 50-something businessman who is married with children. His stable includes Ferraris, Porsches, a Rolls-Royce and a limited edition Enzo Ferrari.

The Zonda F has an open-market value (OMV, or roughly its cost price) of about $485,000. After taxes, it is probably nearly $1.2 million. The rest that adds up to the hefty price tag can be assumed to be the profit for its agent, Automobil Manufactur. The firm would not show the sale invoice.

The most expensive car ever registered in Singapore was a Jaguar XJ220, in 1992. A member of the Malaysian royalty paid $3.2 million for it.

But back then, the main car tax and excise duty were 150 per cent and 41 per cent respectively of its OMV, and the certificate of entitlement (COE) was about $25,000. Today, they are 110 per cent and 20 per cent respectively and the COE is about $14,000.

The XJ220's OMV was about $900,000.

Underage ? bo liao~~

I thot i would not have any programs on Thursday until Ruiwen told me to go Underage Party with him. I hesitated but thot, since i had not attended any party of these kind, why not join him and see how those underage kids dance lol!

We reached Esplanade at around 10pm and saw alot of Lians and Bengs outside gathering and queueing outside DXO. Soon we met Kumar and Winson and their friends who were only 18? no, 17? no, 16yo -_-. We went in alot earlier because Kumar's friend, Amber, knows someone who could sign us in without queueing up.

The place were filled with people smallest size than those of Zouk or Mos. Of cause, there are people who seems to be of same age, same height as me. Whenever i light up a cig, the bouncer would come over and ask to see my band, which indicates im 18 and above. Rw was once asked to go out of the club by a CID. I think he looks too peihoon that's y. The problem was that the guy didn't even show up his ID or warrant card when he pulled RW out of the club(he did show when he's outside). Must be thinking Underage Party is some bo liao event, but the people there are more high than normal. Maybe younger people have more energy and they tends to be more open.

The temperature seems normal in the club. But when u enter the dance floor, i bet u can't even stay there for a full 60mins. It was just too hot. Unlike MOS, you could stay in the dancefloor for the whole night.

Anyway the club ends at 4 and we went our seperate ways. We met Val and Mw at 848 to grab a bite before heading home at 7AM. =)

Memories?

Although i sang this song awhile ago, i would like to post this song 安静 in my blog.
This is a song which my longest gf dedicated to US. She always said "Play our song leh" when i shared one earpiece of my mp3 with her or turn on my computer. Actually, I was feeling emo (a little bit only) when i sang it although there isn't any emotion in the song =x. Anyway, just some memories to be remembered =)

sigh...

Sorry im not your bf or "very close friend" Stop asking me to care about you or what shit. Grow up and get a life!

Recording

WoOo Until my friend sansan told me that audacity could record your singing with the background music in it, i always used the Sound Recorder. Im so noob hahaha.

Recorded the first song Zhuan Shu Tian Shi, OST of Hanakimi ending song. Just the first verse only. Just testing =/ Although not nice but virgin record hahaha

Then i recorded a whole song sang by my IDOL DAVID TAO wooo. I felt i like him much more now because recording a song really was damn hard. It took 2-3 times to actually get the timing and tone for the whole song right and still there was a zao xia at the end of it =((
To get the falsetto and back to real voice in the chorus was even harder! Taozhe did it so smoothly omfg~~

Wooo

I came across this quote by Michael Landon "Somebody ought to tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit every minute of every day. Do it, I say. Whatever you want to do, do it now." Omg this is so true. Im having fun every minutes of my life now. While waiting for NS, I want to enjoy my life to the fullest. I wan to make use of every minutes with my family and friends. Do something different everyday and get new experience. Sigh, wasted too much time on a stupid game called CS. Some of my friends and relatives have illnesses nowadays. You will never know when your life is gonna end. So make use of your time and take good care of yourself. This is just my opinion of life. Now, is no doubt, the prime of my life =D.

sucky work

Aye sorry guys, wanted to post something about my Genting trip but my friend took forever to update those pictures so.. lets continue with something else first.

Everyone works on Monday except for public holidays but for me, this day is different as it is my first day working in St James. I know nothing about liquors(except those basic), nothing about the place, nothing about everything. I dun even know where is the staff entrance. Valerie was with me on the first day too. Christina, our manager, told us to walk into the staff entrance to fill up the declaration with the help of a security. HAHA i bet the security dun even knows what to do. He keep asking me to follow the instruction all that -_-. Ok i've punched the card and we're ready to work. Every new staff told Val and me that we were "lucky", first day kena Grand Opening liao. This is the day when every shareholders and dua dua bosses come together and party i think. Anyway we were instructed to clean the wine glasses and wipe them as we get ready for 7pm. I wished i could get some bites of the food in the buffet area whenever i arranged the chair on the corridor.

I tried to talk to some of the guys there and found out that most of the chinese were from JCs and all guai guai one. Not that JC students cannot work in pub and all that but dun they feel unhealthy to work in this kinda environment? I must say that Malays are actually quite sociable than Chinese when we first talk. Dun talk about getting along well or not la. If the Chinese duno you, they give u those stares asking "ARE YOU A BAD GUY?" unlike malays. Ok abit off topic.

I was assigned to carry the drinks on a tray and serve those customers coming in. Doing this was quite ok but must be damn careful with the drinks. Every customers who came in were either in coats or blazers one la. Cigars were as big as Blacks' d*cks lol! Anyway they seems to know anyone from anywhere. Unlike Zouk or Mos, the place are frequent by older people i think. Some of them even ordered a bottle of champagne and finish only half of it. Damn..

Anyway its like doing the same thing till they close. Quite slack after 1pm. I saw some of those old ppl dancing cha cha haaha damn funny wanted to laugh but can't. We end our work at 3 but have to wait for the transport at 4pm damn shagg!!

Lincoln birthday MOMO

Lincoln should knows that he won't be going home sober this night. Everyone has already warned him. Some even told her gf not to get drunk that night to send him home. Luckily, there are some who knows their limit and standby to send those drunkards home. Thanks to Henry and BY especially, who always made sure we get home safely =)) This entry should be quite short as the time passes like damn fast tonight.

The birthday boy told us we got a free entry before 11 so most of us actually met up early. The music were boring and the crowd was little when we first went in. The mood was like damn sianz so we decided to grab a bite outside since some of us were hungry. Many expected themselves to be drunk so it is really a good idea to fill the stomach first. Irene and Jason joined us soon after and whoa!~~ she was sexy that night-Only button up one from her black shirt. First time i saw Irene wearing like that haha.

I've nv seen any pole dance before but this is really great stuff in MOMO. It was already the last contestant when we went back MOMO after eating. Pole dancers really require good skills and balancing siol. They are just like those gymnasts whom must have really strong arms to hold on to the pole. Anyway we started drinking quite late because the drinks took forever to arrive. Some even started dancing without drinking. We had a comfortable place to sit since Val knows Sebastian from opss, who is working in MOMO. After drinking, its the normal dancing stuff later on until i was damn tired and decides to rest awhile. I went to look for Lincoln who, was puking outside MOMO accompanied by his gf, while the rest were still dancing.

Henry went off with kw and lincoln while i took a cab with Geraldine since shes staying in BB. Hope lincoln had a memorable birthday yesterday!

Bye Ngee Ann!

People always say we dun cherish things around us when it happens right now. I guessed that was what i felt during the start of my last semester. Tomorrow would be the last day im walking along NP's orchard road to take my last exam paper(unless i fail the paper). Although poly life was not as fun as those in secondary school, but still, it was interesting enough to give me some of the best memories in teenage life. Some of the most carefree moments would definitely fit into this category of my life. Ok good things always end. Of cause, we must look forward to the future, but its good to post something that we dun wan to forget.

I still remember the first day i step into the conventional hall with my sec sch friends to look for the course i want. The directors of every course was there to give details about JAE and their own course. Filling in the form was easy, but soon, it proved to have a big impact in my 3 years in Poly. The first group of friends i made was actually quite friendly and fun to be with. We are together as a class for 1 year since we studied the basics of electronics for the first year. It was quite fun except that 1 of my best pal couldn't tahan the boringness of the course, and withdrew from school. Every module was difficult except for 1- Sport and Wellness. All we have to do for this course was to attend 2 hours of PE lessons each week and we will pass the module lol.

For the three years, i had two failed modules during the second year. Fortunately, I passed the modules during the summer school which means to come back during holiday =( and that was why i could finish the course along with my batch of friends. Failing modules was nothing but when you know you would be in a class where you duno anyone, you would be motivated to study.
Although i had my fair share of warning letters in my mailbox, i still kept my attendance at more than 85%. To pass modules in Ngee Ann is easy. All you have to do is the complete all quizzes and past-year exams paper before the exams. The past-year paper are always similar to that of your exam scripts. Cheena people once told me they always memorise the whole exam scripts before they enter the exam hall.

Of cause people dun eat the same food for 365 days. There are three places we frequent during lunch break. They are the KAP(King Albert Part) Mac, BTM(bukit timah market) and bukit timah plaza. After lunch break, you will see groups of people coming out to the back gate for cigarettes. During my project days, library was the best place imo. Guys always go there to see girls one lor. Gym and soccer court was the place we visit if we had the time. I regretted not being in the pool for once =(
Anyway i thought i won't be able to complete my project in time but things are just so unexpected in poly. Rantings from me about the course were normal but still i will be completing the course soon. I hate to board bus 961 when i end school at 5 =/. I swear that i never do any homework during my three years in Poly. I hope everyone try to live their life to the full during their time in school.

Fwah lan better stop here or else no need to sleep liao.
Another phase of my life shall begin!
Goodbye NP!

Farewell party

I thought we were quite late when i met up with henry, willie and admond to Sentosa, Cafe Del Mar, for the farewell party. But the rest came around 15 minutes later. They plan to have the party at KM8 initially but changes to Cafe Del Mar, which i thought was way better than KM8. It is like a bar with music and the outside were taken up by beds and sofa for people to relax and chill. The place was crowded since it was a Saturday and most of the seats or beds were occupied.

We arrived at around 11 and soon the drinks came. We ate the cake first since many of us were hungry before having the drinks. Seriously i find that the taste of red wine sucks. Since kel asked me to drink with him, i guess i have no choice =( but to take 123213242 sips to finish the drink. After drinking, we took some pictures ! shall post it later =/

What i heard was kel actually told Evelyn and kx's gf that we must dump him in the pool. All the guys stood up and approached kel. He took off his clothes and took him to the sea. Near the seaside, kel pulled yc, whom caught off guard, into the water. I thot "wah so suay sia". Kel was trying to run away when i said,

"Eh where you going. You're still not wet leh."

"Oh really ar.", he replied and pulled me into the sea too -_-

damn Australian. Luckily my handphone still work.
The surrounding was so cold after the dip in the water. The four of us(kx was involved later on) went to the gents to get rid of the sands and dry up.

Hoping for a alcoholic drink desperately to warm our body, we went back to our bed but was told that the waiter heven respond yet zzzz-_-.

I was quite disappointed with some of our friends who left earlier without even informing Kel. I mean this is some of the basic manners la.. tell the main person that you are leaving at least. When we got to our seats after drying up, I saw one of our beds occupied by strangers.
I asked kel,

"Where the rest?"

"You ask me ar? i also duno", He replied sarcastically lor. He was pissed off lor. Almost half of the people went home but only kx and his gf said goodbye to Kelvin.

Anyway we left and went to 848 coffeeshop to have our supper at around 4. The tea i drank was the best i ever had since i was so f*cking cold wearing a wet shirt all night. Anyway we had a good luff chatting about other people's habit lol.

okok here are the pics.

It is not edited, the right side is truly a monkey god.

85kg on my laps!!

Technofair Day 2

Today marks the final day taking care of my project. After the technofair, everyone has to hand in their project to the school. Instead of wearing black pants, i wore jeans because it seems like no people even care about your dressing. Everyone must have slackened abit since day 1 was like so relax. Most of my friends came after 11am(attendance time).

Although the SOE senior director came to our room today, he didn't ask much about our project. Instead, he shakes each of our hands and asked whether we enjoyed the project. ROFL. Its the first time my supervisor treated us that friendly.. although our project didn't work, he didn't care and asked for a photoshoot haha. Took somemore pictures with my other friends since im bored =/
Everyone was like carrying a hidden smile when one of the lecturers came into the room and asked us to pack up at 530. I skipped the buffet at 6 because i ate too much during lunch -_-

Technofair!!

Ransacked my whole cardboard looking for a white shirt to wear for technofair. I have a white one but some light blue strips around. Not sure whether they allowed, i went to the nearby shop to get a white shirt-_- . Technofair is actually an event during the school's Open House when u display your FYP. The school informed us to wear black shoes and pants + a white shirt.

I met qianping on the way to sch and decided to go backgates for a smoke since its early. Because i didn't set up my components in the second floor, i have to go back to class to get ready. Everyone was wearing pants/skirt and white shirt. The whole room were filled with waiter and waitresses. I was abit -_- when i saw people wearing shirt with patterns on their shirt. They dun seem to care much about your appearance. The whole event also boring- not much visitors into the room. They just asked abit of qns about the project before they went off to another booth. I was wondering how many secondary school students dare to step into a room with so many people wearing white shirt and black pants.

Anyway i was bored and i took some picture.

Because my mum didn't do any cooking, i called bert and others to meet them at canteen 2 so as to have someone to acc me for dinner outside. We went to 921 for dinner before heading home!

Medical Check up!

Initially i wanted to stay over at kw house so that we could have an easier time waking each other up if necessary, but im not sure whether those CMPB people allow us to wear slippers. So to make sure that i won't have to make another trip to CMPB, i think i have to catch the last train home.

Before that we actually went to lower seletar to slack instead of the usual 921. Sitting in Yc's A6 was like ermm.. honoured?? im the first few who actually sat in his car? 2.0 with the T was enough for my heart to jump liao when he demostrated a fast speed straightroad drive on the way there. Hai richkid sia, wonder when would i have the chance to be a driver of those cars. Anyway i have asked kw to come down 921 to collect his medical checkup questionaire. But since he just woke up, he wanted us to go ahead first. The place was quiet because its a Monday?

All of us decided to end the slacking day when kw just reached. I thot i was feeling guilty since i was the one who asked him to come. I followed him home. His mom sounds happy. I think it has been around 1 year since i visited his home. His mum kept reminding his son on what to bring for the next day when i heard something like

"Remember to wear shoes instead of slippers!"

I was thinking ermmm maybe i should rush home since its 12am only. I said bye to his mum and left.

We had 921 ba chor mee for breakfast before cabbing to CMPB. We were the earliest liao i think. We still have to wait for the photographer to get ready his camera before we could start off with the first station. I was wondering whether my sideburn can curl to the back since its neither long nor short. Luckily they nv kp about my hair. I thot i didnt have to go back CMPB since i passed this stage but things are yet to come.

We came to a station where testing of the ear takes place. We have to raise our hands according to where the sound goes. If its on the right den lift your right hand, same for the left. I was listening very carefully but still i can't hear any shit. It make sounds like a bee hiding in ur ear. The guy took very long to "examine" me and wrote a letter trying to pull me back to CMPB two weeks later. Sibei sianzzzZZz. The place is so farking far and i have to go back there again for 1 TEST. The last station was the station where u do freaking alot of question. Really stupid question like "John has two apples, jane gave another 3 apples to him. How many apples for John?" abit waste time man. Since i dun have much mood already, some of the qns i just hantam only. The overall checkup was quite fast leh, not like some people who exaggerated.

Anyway, thanks to the bloody zbl audio guy, i got a pes D and i have to go back on the 29th again.

happy birthday yj!

Met Qb and tm with their gfs, admond and nick at the 969 stop getting ready to board the bus towards the bbq near the birthday boy's house. When 969 came, tm suddenly realised his card holder is missing. He lost his IC and other stuff!

Anyway my right leg was soaked in mud when we reached there, thanks to Nicholas and the weather. He brought us through a short cut to a shelter under the HDB, the path were muddy -_-. The bbq were held there. The place was already filled with people when we arrived. I saw some of my ex classmates and some other new faces. Memories of secondary school came back to me seriously. Luckily, Yj didn't invite someone i dun wan to face.

I was damn hungry la. I didn't had any food since i woke up in the morning except a cup of coffee. I went around searching for food and realised one of the best is the bee hoon already. YJ told me his mom cook that omg, maybe better than my mom's hehe.
It was more like a gathering for those groups who knew each other. After everyone filled their stomach, we proceed to the "cut cake" routine. Everyone stood up and sang birthday song for the boy. YJ attempted to pull the candle out from the cake when one of his family members pushed his head down. His whole face tio and he ran around trying to dirty someone. Yc was damn suay but he passed his suayness to me and wipe his little bits of cake on my ear-_-.

I was already near to having hiccups(my body does that when im damn full) when YJ offered the cake to me. Quite nice so i didn't resist hehe. They said i became more and more skinny but i think it was my shirt that projected me getting smaller. The size is "just nice" fitted on my body that's y. Oh ya the cops came once before we had the cake - complains must have been made.

Anyway after all those eatings, we chatted till about 1am before we went off. I felt that the night were still young for a friday morning but they wanted to go leh. I headed home after that. Happy 21st birthday to YunJie.

Sleepy~~~

Sleeping more than 10 hrs a day definitely made me more tired. The unpredictable weather has a part to play too. The side of my eyes gets itchy when i entered the bathroom every morning. Now im so free like a bird now. Feels like two clips on my eyes have been removed lol.
When ur getting 21, u tends to worry about your future. Guys are of coz more worried than girls for obvious reason. We have to spend another 2 years in army to serve the country. Seriously, im really eager to go army. Partly because im behind my batch of student by a year. Im glad the review for my project is over. Things are looking great for now~~ DCST is my only obstacle for now !

Hardwork =/= Success

How many times have you tried to achieve something by putting in a huge amount of effort only to be disappointed with the results and regretted? Many a times, there are situations where success could not really be achieved when u put in more effort than anyone else. Yes, you have to work hard to get something, but sometimes many other factors are involved in the process of getting your desired dreams.

For example, a relationship. I dun have a degree in BGR, this is purely my OWN opinion.
You tried to be with her everyday and abandon ur friends so that she won't feel lonely. You tried to celebrate the day of every month(i mean EVERY) where you two started. You spent 1 month making cakes, cookies and any other meaningful stuff for her during annual anniversaries 1 week before your exams. Every time she said she's bored, you dun hesitate to head straight down for a cab to look for her even if she lives in Clementi and you, in Tampines. You fell out with your parents when they reprimanded you, asking you not to chat so long on the phone. You tried to change everything about yourself and gave way to her whenever both of you quarrel, even though she's at fault.
One day, she started thinking about her future, she wants someone who could provide for her. She feels that you dun have high qualifications. She wanted freedom. She wanted a new experience. She felt sian of the relationship already. She met some new friends and wanted to spend time with them as she felt more relax with them. Look, these are all very good reasons. She has her right to look for a better future, a better life or watever. She wanted a breakup.
In these situations, we had given our best in this relationship, we worked hard to make the other party love us. However, things dun always turn out to be like those in fairy tales, other factors comes along. The most important thing is to learn from these situation and be stronger! Once you have tried your best, that's it. Learn from the mistakes and accepts the reality.

It takes two hands to clap, ALWAYS.

First day of last term in NP

Wow my first day was like so damn tired, i slept less than 3 hrs the whole night. During the holidays, im getting used to sleeping at 6 in the morning and waking up at night already. Anyway everyone has a glum look when i stepped into the class. They told me they failed the common test. YES! i was expecting it(the paper). But i failed -_- i got 42/100 =(
I have a friend who is in serious trouble and i wish him luck for the coming days. He has to appeal for a retest so that the retest paper would not be capped at 50, and appeals for a debarment. Appealing for a debarment is kinda troublesome because u have to ask ur parents down and arrange a date with the ECE office so that they could review you. Good luck !

My eyes has been red for around 1 week already. i guess i have no choice but to see white angels tml =Z.

Last day of holiday!

Woke up by darling in the morning. I promised her to go escape with friends but when she saw that i had watery eyes and repeated yawnings, she wanted me to go back slp. So understand siolll~ =D Anyway i slept awhile alr and here i am.
Ok share some videos with you all. Some of you must have known that Saddam Hussein was hanged before New year. Here are some of the video from Google.

Saddam's verdict: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2887190613327460568&q=saddam+hussein+hanging&hl=en

Live hanging: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7532034279766935521&q=saddam+hussein+hanging&hl=en

Finally he got the punishment he deserved.

Anyway during the final day of 2006 and countdown for the New Year we did something smart by having a bbq at seletar. Instead of hanging in town getting pushed, or touched, or sprayed, or molested whatever.
We bought some entertaining stuff to pop but i damn suay heven 12am i used it already. While the other families did something interesting too, okok i uploaded into youtube. Heres the video lol
