Teaching a primary 5 kid near my house. Although i was reluctant to accept the offer, i thought there is no harm spending 1.5 hours for 200 bucks per month(new experience lol). The offer came from some which tuition websites which i registered before i enlist LOL.

Anyway i thought it was some easy job la. Teaching four primary school subjects is like abc. But the bad thing is that primary school kids are more playful and they can't FOCUSSSSS . Damn dulan.. I don't know if i can still tahan haha but i will try la. Her past paper were really damn bad i don't know why. She seems to know everything when i ask her but i she wrote stupid answers in her paper. Probably she became kan jiong during her test.

At the last 15 minutes, she keep asking me to go -_-" nb so lazy. Oh ya and the location is damn far lor. Admiralty DR wtf. Can the stupid agent please check out my place first before offering me the venue. Yes i admit i should have check street directory or something like that before i go but im so busy with army!!!

Going to get bike soon!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-41968512107663016432008-03-29T17:55:00.003+08:002008-03-29T19:00:28.571+08:00Overcome thiss!!I would be very disappointed with myself if i did not pass it this time round. Third time already! As usual i went to bbdc in the morning and took the TP. After all the crap by the instructors (which i listened to for the third time already), as usual we went for warm up. Aiya same old procedure..

I went to the room on the third floor waiting for the results and the good news is i passed!! haha 4 points somemore. Anyway i took a new pictures for the license since the card would last for long so have to take a more handsome photo LOL.

First time: 28 points (chui)
Second time: 6 points 1 immediate failure (stupid car)
Third time: 4 points

For me i feel is damn jialat already 3rd time. Some girls just took 1 time to pass -_-. Anyway at least i did something and overcame it. Some people just does not have the consistency to finish what they are doing =)

I wanted to book my car theory immediately but i was in a rush(to camp lor where else). Soon i would be take my car license i promise!!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-60854042882248407792008-01-29T20:45:00.000+08:002008-01-29T20:52:17.414+08:00A happy and satisfied dayNormal nights out day would be Tuesday and Wednesday for my camp. The whole day was as usual, sleeping all the way. I reached home at around 7 and went to eat with my family. Nice meal and i really enjoy the time we spent together. After dinner i talked to my brother about his studies and what he is going to pursue in the future. Its rare that nowadays we could speak openly together as family after i enter ns. Mom also share with me what she did during the weekend. Im so happy that i have a complete home.

Time for me to go camp ciao!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-65647108558227757402008-01-21T19:43:00.000+08:002008-01-21T19:46:21.715+08:00CHUIGone. They always say after the rain, it would be a fine day. How true this is, but after every smooth day, would you get a bad day soon? I hope my life would continue to be "fine" when im posted out. Jan 21st would be the day i get my posting. Would surely miss some of my coursemates once we are separated.

Changed my TP date to 18th of Feb. Luckily someone must have cancelled their slots lol!!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-60587426930276285772008-01-07T03:56:00.000+08:002008-01-07T04:11:34.720+08:00Can't sleep at all5 months since i blogged this. Guess no one would thought that i would come back blogging again. Its a good thing actually, that no one actually view this blog except me now. These months in National Service i think through a lot. I met many different kind of people and absorbed some of the experiences i never thought i would.
In the past i always thought that money could solve everything. I always set goals and try very hard to achieve those. I focused so much on my goals but yet im not at all happy. Im only happy when im with my family, my friends and people i could confide in.
Till this point of my life, i realised that love from my families and friends are really what makes me happy. In my past relationships, i always blame the other parties when things are not going my way. I duno how to love. I dread giving care. Im selfish. But now i know. Happiness really comes from within.

2008 goals:
1: Spend more time with my family.
2: Find friends whom i have not met for a long time.
3: Try to appreciate simple things which money can't buy.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-20765809037522805072007-07-24T17:44:00.000+08:002007-07-24T18:04:51.204+08:00poor girlI met up with an old friend in town today for a quick lunch with her. I heven seen her for almost a year but luckily before i go in, she wanted to meet up with me. Ok her background- she came here to study from Hong Kong and stayed with her aunt when she's in sec sch. Due to some conflicts, she decided to move out from her aunt and lives on her own. To finance her tertiary studies in Singapore, she has to work + study. Her results are failing and she has to pay for other things including her expenses.

When i saw her today, i was damn shock la. Her face damn pale and she look restless. She told me she would be going for another interview later on, for a third job. Omg damn poor thing la. Im starting to change my mindset about money. When i was surfing around a forum the other day, i saw this video about Taiwanese asking whether Singaporeans, although financially stable, but are they happy? It seems that my friend here(although not a Singaporean, but will soon be), is working her ass off just to live by. Whereas in other country, slower pace, could enjoy their life and spend quality time with their family. Is this life is all about in Singapore? Getting alot of money and neglecting your family and health? She is not the only example, my other friend told me he cannot afford to fall sick because he can't pay for the medical fees. I must say that im considered fortunate compared to them but really... HAIZ

I duno how to bring the point to you people. i just have the sudden urge to enter this post. Anyway stay happy all my friends!! I actually forgot the blogger url and my password =/ Anyway things are going very well for me atm. Oh ya i duno if someone recently got pissed because i wanted to join them for their "last" kopi session but i didn't. I would have to say sorry la. Since i stayed so far and u all didn't confirm with me the time. I can't possibly attend without anyone there.

Kw, By, RS and Admond already went in and i wish them good luck for their BMT. My enlistment date would be July 27th and i can't wait to finish this 2 years quickly. Hope to get out soon and start to earn money liao.

I know some of u won't believe this but i actually picked up a new hobby recently lol. I bought a guitar and are still trying to learn right now. My dad actually knows how to play a guitar!! There was once im damn pissed with him because he was using my laptop for so long and when he saw my guitar, he took and played a song. Damn nice. Luckily he taught me the basic or else i would still have no idea how to reach the chords.

some videos i saw from youtube.

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-61507131924730137812007-05-11T05:14:00.000+08:002008-11-07T12:22:15.913+08:00Fantasy Couple<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiUXRopyP5NftF7vqva6ilq-ITgP6R4njI_ygLnpxSqn_QgbppbatRQryc6GjPkX4xH30NQfxk2ESIL03V-mbq73gjY6Mt1mfndm4drfJ2cjFL8bCjREZZ4YkejCi6GuZS85uS8ow/s320/Fantasy_Couple.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5063044224697096162" />

If you have seen the advertisement of Fantasy Couple on tv, u would have to spend some money buying the dvd of the show. They agreed to celebrate by bringing me out for dinner but kept me in suspense until the day before. I was hoping it was not another Swensen or Jack's Place kinda place until they told me they made a reservation at Hard Rock Cafe. Oh no u all must be thinking i would be whining but HRC is really a good idea. I have not been there before. Even if they treat me to a coffee shop i would still be please because they never actually try to celebrate a birthday with me except for twice.

Ok we reached at around 630pm both of them gave me a present EACH! OMG. They seldom or never do this. Sometimes only 1 of them put money in a red packet and give it to me.

My dad ordered this starter call er.. i think it is call the chilli crab dip with chinese buns or something.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_zGpnPDZURKUEpCFyiJqrd4Izqq09-wGRsZbwLfPaLvvAsZLOUCXF-7BORMmI69jIXoxqUSkhJ0CfpIs2FC5sLzlSZfxzWzWCQ-LAUwxDE_HXzlJPPoVxOeod1DTEwQueCYqNuQ/s320/DSC01547.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5058129747023353746" />

and den this is my Salmon Pasta,

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5xC6c8TBSmLNxbbNM7_H7mGpkdd5vj3AfTskGCxb5yZY8EBvLwWYRWaDchJoE_jOKGLyzPheQbyGV9et5qVuqWWDBP4SZwyMw3YDtanKj64yrClWDiMDUjIz_58CFOi-fcP67HA/s320/DSC01552.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5058130618901714850" />

i seriously think this one sucks because i only ate halfway. But i dun quite understand why some ppl like to make themselves happy by boasting their wealth. If you are not that rich, just admit? if you are really rich, just keep it to yourself. Why bother telling someone that you flew to Japan or Australia when u didn't. Its so obvious when we saw you two days ago and you said u just came back from Japan for a 3 days trip. Even if you want to speak with exaggeration, dun do it so often la.. Failing a module in school is nothing to be proud of, but we understand that there are people trying to pass a particular modules for 2 years. Among us, we had dropouts too. So its ok if u repeat. Do not claimed that u graduated because we are not 3 years old..Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-82273660378054885052007-04-18T15:08:00.000+08:002007-04-18T15:10:12.338+08:006 Funny Life LessonsI came across this website and found the contents quite informative and funny lol

http://www.carlpei.com/funny-life-lessons/

Lesson 1: Naked Wife

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.

After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks,…

“Who was that?” “It was Bob the next door neighbor,” she replies. “Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”
Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the admin. clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”
Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 3

A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”
Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 4

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.

A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.

Lesson 5: Power of Charisma

A turkey was chatting with a bull “I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, but I haven’t got the energy.” “Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.” The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullsh|t might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Just look at how fine the finishing is. I'm told women do the intricate bodywork because men's hands are too rough.'

Powered by a 7.3-litre V12 Mercedes-Benz AMG engine and adorned in Gucci upholstery, the car is the second Zonda to be put on the road here. It attracts an annual road tax of about $11,600 and an insurance premium of around $60,000.

The F-series is rare even by Zonda standards. Only one other is said to exist in Asia - bought by Hong Kong actor-singer Aaron Kwok last year.

The car is the latest 'toy' for the 50-something businessman who is married with children. His stable includes Ferraris, Porsches, a Rolls-Royce and a limited edition Enzo Ferrari.

The Zonda F has an open-market value (OMV, or roughly its cost price) of about $485,000. After taxes, it is probably nearly $1.2 million. The rest that adds up to the hefty price tag can be assumed to be the profit for its agent, Automobil Manufactur. The firm would not show the sale invoice.

The most expensive car ever registered in Singapore was a Jaguar XJ220, in 1992. A member of the Malaysian royalty paid $3.2 million for it.

But back then, the main car tax and excise duty were 150 per cent and 41 per cent respectively of its OMV, and the certificate of entitlement (COE) was about $25,000. Today, they are 110 per cent and 20 per cent respectively and the COE is about $14,000.

The XJ220's OMV was about $900,000.

christan@sph.com.sg

If im not wrong, we did drove past his home when we were on our way to Botanical Garden for Evelyn's birthday. I hesitated but thot, since i had not attended any party of these kind, why not join him and see how those underage kids dance lol!

We reached Esplanade at around 10pm and saw alot of Lians and Bengs outside gathering and queueing outside DXO. Soon we met Kumar and Winson and their friends who were only 18? no, 17? no, 16yo -_-. We went in alot earlier because Kumar's friend, Amber, knows someone who could sign us in without queueing up.

The place were filled with people smallest size than those of Zouk or Mos. Of cause, there are people who seems to be of same age, same height as me. Whenever i light up a cig, the bouncer would come over and ask to see my band, which indicates im 18 and above. Rw was once asked to go out of the club by a CID. I think he looks too peihoon that's y. The problem was that the guy didn't even show up his ID or warrant card when he pulled RW out of the club(he did show when he's outside). Must be thinking Underage Party is some bo liao event, but the people there are more high than normal. Maybe younger people have more energy and they tends to be more open.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQ5rvHO68qeTbhTZjOj_XD8sGBl5iNG875mHdAIv0-qodKCoVDM8px115yDMErxpuHrU2qozjXgUGjqvn_80_1ICK_bbe16Gj7hir9tEeIbjqvPy8jOnSQZbaCUiLwVRHMAcx7uQ/s320/18997.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5050325897085120162" />

The temperature seems normal in the club. But when u enter the dance floor, i bet u can't even stay there for a full 60mins. It was just too hot. Unlike MOS, you could stay in the dancefloor for the whole night.

Anyway the club ends at 4 and we went our seperate ways. We met Val and Mw at 848 to grab a bite before heading home at 7AM. =)Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-60321980298218985652007-04-05T02:10:00.000+08:002007-04-05T02:11:46.343+08:00KIDS HAVING SEX IN CLASSROOM?I was surfing thru forums and saw this 0_0

http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/04/03/school.sex.ap/index.html

Damn power loLUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-73107547429314998762007-04-04T18:50:00.000+08:002007-04-04T19:00:59.444+08:00Memories?Although i sang this song awhile ago, i would like to post this song 安静 in my blog.
This is a song which my longest gf dedicated to US. She always said "Play our song leh" when i shared one earpiece of my mp3 with her or turn on my computer. Actually, I was feeling emo (a little bit only) when i sang it although there isn't any emotion in the song =x. Anyway, just some memories to be remembered =)

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-83666033879634863702007-04-04T02:45:00.000+08:002007-04-04T02:47:03.672+08:00sigh...Sorry im not your bf or "very close friend" Stop asking me to care about you or what shit. Im so noob hahaha.

Recorded the first song Zhuan Shu Tian Shi, OST of Hanakimi ending song. Just the first verse only. Just testing =/ Although not nice but virgin record hahaha

Then i recorded a whole song sang by my IDOL DAVID TAO wooo. I felt i like him much more now because recording a song really was damn hard. It took 2-3 times to actually get the timing and tone for the whole song right and still there was a zao xia at the end of it =((
To get the falsetto and back to real voice in the chorus was even harder! Taozhe did it so smoothly omfg~~

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-22141204765379713522007-03-24T03:32:00.000+08:002007-03-24T05:06:43.917+08:00WoooI came across this quote by Michael Landon "Somebody ought to tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit every minute of every day. Do it, I say. Whatever you want to do, do it now." Omg this is so true. Im having fun every minutes of my life now. While waiting for NS, I want to enjoy my life to the fullest. I wan to make use of every minutes with my family and friends. Do something different everyday and get new experience. Sigh, wasted too much time on a stupid game called CS. Some of my friends and relatives have illnesses nowadays. You will never know when your life is gonna end. So make use of your time and take good care of yourself. This is just my opinion of life. Now, is no doubt, the prime of my life =D.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-39649756815675662702007-03-14T14:39:00.000+08:002007-03-14T15:23:23.930+08:00sucky workAye sorry guys, wanted to post something about my Genting trip but my friend took forever to update those pictures so.. lets continue with something else first.

Everyone works on Monday except for public holidays but for me, this day is different as it is my first day working in St James. I know nothing about liquors(except those basic), nothing about the place, nothing about everything. I dun even know where is the staff entrance. Valerie was with me on the first day too. Christina, our manager, told us to walk into the staff entrance to fill up the declaration with the help of a security. HAHA i bet the security dun even knows what to do. He keep asking me to follow the instruction all that -_-. Ok i've punched the card and we're ready to work. Every new staff told Val and me that we were "lucky", first day kena Grand Opening liao. This is the day when every shareholders and dua dua bosses come together and party i think. Anyway we were instructed to clean the wine glasses and wipe them as we get ready for 7pm. I wished i could get some bites of the food in the buffet area whenever i arranged the chair on the corridor.

I tried to talk to some of the guys there and found out that most of the chinese were from JCs and all guai guai one. Not that JC students cannot work in pub and all that but dun they feel unhealthy to work in this kinda environment? I must say that Malays are actually quite sociable than Chinese when we first talk. Dun talk about getting along well or not la. If the Chinese duno you, they give u those stares asking "ARE YOU A BAD GUY?" unlike malays. Ok abit off topic.

I was assigned to carry the drinks on a tray and serve those customers coming in. Doing this was quite ok but must be damn careful with the drinks. Every customers who came in were either in coats or blazers one la. Cigars were as big as Blacks' d*cks lol! Anyway they seems to know anyone from anywhere. Unlike Zouk or Mos, the place are frequent by older people i think. Some of them even ordered a bottle of champagne and finish only half of it. Damn..

Anyway its like doing the same thing till they close. Quite slack after 1pm. I saw some of those old ppl dancing cha cha haaha damn funny wanted to laugh but can't. We end our work at 3 but have to wait for the transport at 4pm damn shagg!!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12912296.post-45311060821539922922007-03-03T23:25:00.000+08:002007-03-03T23:59:50.432+08:00Lincoln birthday MOMOLincoln should knows that he won't be going home sober this night. Everyone has already warned him. Some even told her gf not to get drunk that night to send him home. Luckily, there are some who knows their limit and standby to send those drunkards home. Thanks to Henry and BY especially, who always made sure we get home safely =)) This entry should be quite short as the time passes like damn fast tonight.

The birthday boy told us we got a free entry before 11 so most of us actually met up early. The music were boring and the crowd was little when we first went in. The mood was like damn sianz so we decided to grab a bite outside since some of us were hungry. Many expected themselves to be drunk so it is really a good idea to fill the stomach first. Irene and Jason joined us soon after and whoa!~~ she was sexy that night-Only button up one from her black shirt. First time i saw Irene wearing like that haha.

I've nv seen any pole dance before but this is really great stuff in MOMO. It was already the last contestant when we went back MOMO after eating. Pole dancers really require good skills and balancing siol. They are just like those gymnasts whom must have really strong arms to hold on to the pole. Anyway we started drinking quite late because the drinks took forever to arrive. Some even started dancing without drinking. We had a comfortable place to sit since Val knows Sebastian from opss, who is working in MOMO. After drinking, its the normal dancing stuff later on until i was damn tired and decides to rest awhile. I went to look for Lincoln who, was puking outside MOMO accompanied by his gf, while the rest were still dancing.

Henry went off with kw and lincoln while i took a cab with Geraldine since shes staying in BB. Hope lincoln had a memorable birthday yesterday!

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
